We will request images of your windows which are in need of a repair. Please send over close-ups of the problem areas for us to carefully examine.
Depending on the size of the job and the complexity involved we may request a site visit to your property prior to giving you a quotation. This allows us to carefully assess the windows and talk through the options available in detail.
The person who meets you for the site survey will undertake all of the work on your property.
A site survey will also be required before any work is carried out on your property. This allows us to accurately measure up and order any appropriate materials. This also gives us the opportunity to identify any problem areas, such as extra rot before we start the job.
All of our repairs are done on site which means there is no need to remove the windows and board up your property.
